Any attempt to defraud, misrepresent, or misuse the booking service may result in your booking being cancelled immediately and you being banned from using the service in the future.

2. Bookings and Payments

All flight reservations are subject to airline availability and current pricing. Payment is required at the time of booking. Flghts accepts all major debit & credit cards and payments on behalf of the airline through third-party, authorised payment processing gateways. Pricing is subject to change for reasons beyond Flghts control, such as fluctuation by the airline, and may happen in real-time.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations or refunds will apply as per each airline's terms and conditions. Flghts will assist with any cancellations, but a refund is not guaranteed unless stipulated by the airline's terms. Depending on the airline's terms, a service fee may be applied.

4. Responsibility of User Account

You are responsible for maintaining your login information and any associated activity under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must report it to support@flghts.com immediately.

All content, logos, and other platform elements are the property of Flghts. You do not have the authority to copy, disseminate, or otherwise reuse any content from the site without prior, written consent.
